The best arrival-airport is Tampa-International-Airport or Sarasota-International-Airport.
Plantation Bay is the perfect location if you like to relax and go to the beach and do some traveling around Florida.
Driving distances: in app. 35 minutes you can drive to Tampa and app. 20 minutes to Sarasota. The nearest beach is Bradenton Beach with a app. 25 minute drive and even the beach in Sarasota (Lido Key) is only app. 35 minutes away.

The Magnolia-Bay-House is fully equipped with everything needed for vacation rental:
Air conditioning, pool with solar heating, telephone, cable-TV, washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen with microwave. This home can be occupied with max. 8 persons. The master bedroom has a king-size-bed, one bedroom a queen-size-bed and the other bedrooms both have two single beds. The house is fully furnished and has everything in place for your stay (Towels, sheets, dishes, etc..).

During "high season" (Jan. - Apr.) this home can only be rented for full months.
